During this meeting, we had a five-day activity.

After, activity for each national team – Learning Activities with the participants “Make appointments”. In this activity it was possible to separate the teams and each organisation made a workshop on how to use a website where it was needed to make appointments adapted to the Italian, Portuguese and Romanian reality. This activity was led by all the organisations participating. Then, five groups with members from each country was formed and shared the experience regarding the subject of the meeting. Overall, the first day had a very positive feedback, as the participants had a chance to get to know each other better and also had an educational moment adapted to their national needs.
“A Walk in Aldeia”, treasure hunt through the village Aldeia where the participants and staff where separated in three groups and were challenged to discover the different points in Aldeia, always with the technological topic, as they had to take pictures in each point and then share it in the Whatsapp group created for this LTTA. In the afternoon, there was another activity with the focus “Using Websites”, where the staff of Casa d’Abóbora presented how to use in general the browsers and the security regarding their data. Also, different shopping online sites were presented that were used in all the countries. It was possible to show the participants how they could use the website, log in, buy a product and how to be sure it came to the correct address. To finalize this activity, it was possible to present some add-ons participants can use and add to their browsers.
The staff of each organisation met to discuss some topics as “what have we done until now” and “challenges and doubts of the future activities”. This experience was very fruitful for a staff helping in to co-create some activities happening in the future.
We also had a good exchange of cultural exchange using the smartphones and walking around the area in order to find out the main historical and cultural part of Portugal.
The overall feedback of the participants and staff was very positive, being able to be part of the rural area of Cinfães, making intercultural friendships and also have different moments of learning with the peers and the staff.

The adults from the target group (TG) participated in practice lessons with the help of their trainers.

The three-day Zoom session supported the practice lessons with didactic materials for the teaching process and evaluation of activities.
The lessons included situational contexts which are presented as numbers. A learner chooses a number. Behind the number there is a situational context. The learner reads the context to other learner who is chosen randomly, and she/he becomes the adult in need. The other adult offers consultancy, guiding the adult in need through the whole process.
The learners used all the skills they have accumulated during the project from the TLSDL and DLT. The trainers were allowed to offer hints in order to help the learners when they faced difficulties in guiding and understanding. The activities were held in order to accomplish the objectives O1, O2.

Five-day practice lessons in the partner organisation were realized after the Zoom sessions. The learners could work independently with other adults in their villages/towns. Then, they presented the results to their trainers in an international environment using the new virtual technologies.

Using Websites and Make Appointments – Part 3

The partner organisations gathered in Florence for the second physical mobility of the project. There were at least more than forty participants in activities
In the first day of activity we ran an icebreaker previously prepared by the participants using Google presentations, which was used for interviews to get to know each other better in the form of a “Guess who” game.
Participants were given indications on how to formulate Yes/No questions using the information given by their peers. They enjoyed this time and found it very useful to get to know each other and practise English.
Then there was a walking tour using Google maps and practising making pictures with smartphones and exchanging them on Whatsapp group of the project.
We listened to the local witnesses from the place who narrated their stories and the story of the neighbourhood in English, showing ancient pictures of the places we visited from the host organisation’s archive and comparing them, and then we had lunch all together.
The locals’ participation also had the impact of spreading information about the Erasmus+ opportunities for elders, of which none of them was aware.
The participants were then invited to enjoy some dancing with the Italians and they enjoyed this time building relationships with locals and living a very authentic experience, while the staff members gathered for a meeting, sharing information about how to improve if necessary the following activities and change information regarding the progress of the activities, of how the TG succeeded in improving their digital skills. The staff evaluated the results obtained after the TG and the experts from partner organisations used the two main important results – TLSDL and DLT – during the workshops, lessons and seminars. After the discussions there was a report regarding the progress of the project and how we can improve the educational materials for the adults who learn. A plan of activity was realized regarding the way we can attract more adults and stakeholders in digital education activities, especially after the end of the project as sustainability activities.
Other activities with the TG and the staff were realized in the city centre using smartphones, with MyMaps, QRcodes and Google form to play a scavenger hunt. The game was also the pretext to use the QR code and in the afternoon the participants could share thoughts about the use of QR codes and the digital and virtual access to facilities and information in different countries.
Another activity underline the digital knowledge of the TG participants who received a map to visit the main points of interest in the city and recommendations on places to visit. The participants had to use their smartphones and Google maps in order to find the main cultural point of Florence. They also were encouraged to share social media with each other.
During the last activities the TG learned about how to recognize icons to navigate the websites and use emoticons to react to messages and give feedback, and they used their knowledge to create a map of their experience in Florence or, later, in other areas in the partner countries. The experience would be posted on the social media groups of the project.
The mobility was closed by a buffet where participants could build relationships and exchange their cultural knowledge.
The TG acknowledged how the tools that they used can be also a tool to create content online, such as our own maps, google photos album or google form to gather information, or QR code to give access to information without printing materials.

This is a virtual LTTA organized by the coordinating organisation with the help of the partners. During this activity, the experts analysed the results TLSDL and DLT as open educational resources used by different stakeholders and the OERs efficiency and interactivity during the activities of the project.
The experts of the organisations and the adults from the target group (TG) participated in practice lessons.
The educational experts supported the practice lessons with didactic materials.
Five-day practice Zoom lessons in the partner organisations were realized and the TG worked independently with other adults in their villages/towns and in the partner countries. Then, they presented the results to their trainers.
Peer-learning and Flip-learning were used during the lessons.
The TG was offered the opportunity to get familiar with websites that is strongly needed nowadays to have the financial area of life taken care of.
Sets of virtual lessons were released to be used by stakeholders.
Results: the TG succeeded in developing their skills of communication, of using electronic devices, digital skills etc.
